What is PGNexa?
PGNexa is a PG and hostel management app for owners. It keeps rooms and beds, tenants and KYC, rent, visitors, complaints, expenses and enquiries in one app on your phone, so you can run your PG without a register book.
How does PGNexa track rent?
Every tenant has a rent cycle. PGNexa works out the next due date from their move-in day and marks each tenant as current, due soon or overdue, so you always know who has paid and who to follow up.
Can I send rent reminders on WhatsApp?
Yes. WhatsApp opens with each tenant's rent message already written with their name and amount, so you only tap send. You can also send birthday wishes, payment receipts or your own message.
How does visitor QR check-in work?
Print your branch QR code once and stick it at the gate. Visitors scan it, enter their name and who they're meeting, and the entry appears in your visitor log straight away. Tenants can use the same QR code to raise complaints.
Can my staff or warden use the app?
Yes. Staff get their own login for day-to-day work such as rooms, tenants, visitors, complaints, enquiries and reminders. The dashboard, expenses and staff management stay visible to the owner only.
Does PGNexa support more than one PG branch?
Yes. You can manage multiple branches from one owner account, switch between them in the app and assign the right staff to each branch.
